         Yes, Short Pump Cleaning Service is both bonded and insured.

2.    Do I have to be there when you clean?
       No, most customers are not present when the cleaning takes place. In fact, they tell us the                   feeling of coming home to a clean house is exciting.

3.   How do you get in?
       The majority of our customers provide a key for the front door. Some customers meet us at the            door. Due to work schedules SPCS will be there the same day not always the same time.

4.   How do I pay for the services?
        Customers can pay cash or leave a check on the kitchen counter for the amount agreed upon at           the time of estimate. No payment means no cleaning.

5.   Do I sign a contract?
         There are no contracts to sign. We understand the need to clean consistently at every visit.

6.    Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
        Yes,  SPCS brings our own professional cleaning products to your home.
